Perry Psychiatry, LLC is a growing outpatient psychiatry practice seeking a motivated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Our practice has an established referral base and receives consistent new patient inquiries each week, allowing providers to quickly build a full patient panel.

Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for a tele-health, work from home, fee-for-service position. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will perform psychiatric evaluations, provide medication management, collaborate with patients to develop appropriate treatment plans, and offer compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, coordinating care with other health professionals, and staying up-to-date on best practices in psychiatric treatment. Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners with knowledge and interest in Integrative Psychiatry and providing therapy are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Psychiatric evaluations and medication management

• Ongoing care for established patients

• Maintain clear and timely documentation

• Communicate with the care team as needed

 


Qualifications

• Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) required

• Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric or Mental Health

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts

• Outpatient psychiatry experience preferred

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with diverse patient populations

• Commitment to continued education and awareness of current advancements in psychiatric care

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented clinical environment

• Time management skills for expedient completion of required documentation
